Purpose statement

Through a weekly Ukrainian language program we broadcast on community radio we kept our community informed on calendar events: social, historical and religious; and, on current news matters. Fostered the Ukrainian language, poetry, literature, songs and music through this weekly radio program; and advanced the Ukrainian Performing Arts and our Culture through promotion to our community and all mainstream listeners (both in Australia and overseas). Overall, our programs minimize isolation, disconnectedness and loneliness in members of our community and encourage participation, inclusion and cohesion.
